Appointments Management

Email notifications
Receive a notification by email every time a new appointment is scheduled. You can assign your staff to receive email notifications for specific appointment types and schedules. Customize your notifications for optimal client-to-staff communications.
  
Recurring appointments
Your customers will be able to schedule recurring appointments (eg. on Monday at 9:00 am every 2 weeks). They will also have the opportunity to choose different options like meet every two weeks for a total of four appointments total and then have the ability to check for availability on the calendar you have created. When Schedule Monster has completed the availability search your client will be presented with a confirmation screen. Those appointments not avaiable will be skipped and be noted on the screen. Appointment confirmations
You may require confirmation on your part prior to appointments being fully validated. This option gives you the opportunity to review each appointment! You're in control. Appointment reminders

Scheduling Rules

Website Integration
Our system allows you to integrate your schedule into your own website if you have one: simply copy and paste the HTML code automatically generated by our program, and you're done! For example, you could put a "Click here to make an appointment now!" link on your web page, which would open your scheduler in a pop-up window (or in a new window). Upon successfully booking their appointment, your customers would be returned to your website.

Payment Integration
Our system allows your customers to pay for the services associated with the specific appointments they schedule with your business. Indeed, you may use your online scheduler to process payments through PayPal (and possibly other payment processors).
